Bread and beer have evolved together for thousands of years. Bread beer is the perfect conclusion for these two cousins who have drifted apart over time.
Dinner for a private individual in october, in the forest of Fontainebleau, on the theme of fantastic. I did the menu, scenography and photography.
Design in collaboration with the caterer “Menue” of a menu around reinvented bistro dishes. The pieces had to visually match each other and be pre-assembled in the kitchen.
“Boire la tasse”, a cocktail to drink without moderation during a cocktail to go from a salty piece to a sweet one. The acidity of hibiscus combined with the astringency of ginger cleanses the taste buds and sets off again to conquer new tastes.
