Bread and beer have evolved together for thousands of years. Bread beer is the perfect conclusion for these two cousins who have drifted apart over time.
Design of a culinary experience around the reconciliation between beer and bread, brother and sister for millennia. Because there is not one without the other, I decided to bring them together around their rites. The beer is poured, the bread is broken. The mousse and the crumb are one and bring all the indulgence and comfort that one expects from a good bread and a good beer.
